How to sign in to Voroa with an email code
Sign in or sign up for Voroa with a one-time code sent to your email — no password to remember. Learn how email sign-in codes work and how to resend one.
You can sign in to Voroa with a one-time code sent to your email — no password to remember. Enter your email, we send you a six-digit code, and you type it in to sign in. If you do not have an account yet, signing in with a code creates one for you automatically.
Sign in with an email code
- On the sign-in screen, select Email me a sign-in code.
- Enter your email address and select Send sign-in code.
- Check your inbox for a six-digit code from Voroa. It arrives within a minute or two.
- Enter the code and select Verify and sign in. You land on your dashboard.
The code expires after 10 minutes, so use it soon after you request it. Each code works only once.
If the code does not arrive
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address. Select Use a different email to start over.
- Select Resend code to send a fresh one. There is a short wait between resends, so the button is briefly disabled after each request.
Using a code with an existing account
Email sign-in codes work whether or not you already have an account. If you previously signed up with a password or with GitHub, requesting a code for that same email signs you into the same account — your existing sign-in methods keep working. You are never charged or locked out for switching methods.
Password and GitHub sign-in still work
The email code is an additional way to sign in, not a replacement. You can still use the Sign in tab with your email and password, or Continue with GitHub, from the same screen. Pick whichever you prefer.
Troubleshooting
- “Invalid or expired code.” The code was mistyped, already used, or older than 10 minutes. Select Resend code and enter the new one.
- The code is not arriving at all. Confirm the email address is correct and check your spam folder, then resend.
