Grievance Redressal and Your Data Rights

We want every user to have a clear, simple way to raise a concern and to exercise their rights. This page explains who to contact, what to expect, and how to escalate. It works together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

As a data principal, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erase your data, subject to any legal retention we are required to observe.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf.
  • Grievance redressal — raise a concern and have it addressed.

How to raise different kinds of grievances

Our response timelines

  • We acknowledge all grievances and data-rights requests within 24 hours.
  • We aim to resolve grievances within 15 days and will keep you informed if a matter needs more time.
  • Billing and refund requests are handled within 3 working days (see the Refund Policy).

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a personal-data grievance, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India as provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, after first raising it with our Grievance Officer.
